Launch of PSA Oxygen Plant at Gangori Hospital in JaipurJaipur, October 7. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi virtually launched the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Oxygen Plant with the capacity of 1000 litre per minute at Gangori Hospital in Jaipur on Thursday. The Prime Minister dedicated 35 PSA oxygen plants across 35 States and Union Territories in an event held at Rishikesh in Uttarakhand in which this hospital of Jaipur was also included. Health Secretary Shri Vaibhav Galriya said that oxygen supply is ensured at the medical institutions across the State through medical oxygen plants and concentrators after the second wave of corona. Around 546 medical oxygen plants are to be installed in the State of which around 250 plants are ready. He said that around 40 thousand concentrators are available from which around 1000 metric tonnes of medical oxygen will be available for a sufficient supply of oxygen along with plants. Health Minister virtually launches 41 plants Shri Galriya said that 42 PSA oxygen plants have been dedicated to the public in the State through PM Cares. Health Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma virtually launched 41 plants, while the PSA oxygen plant at Gangori Hospital was launched by the Prime Minister. He said that the shortage of medical oxygen in the State would be met to a great extent through these plants amidst the fear of the third wave of corona. Jaipur MP Shri Ramcharan Bohra, Medical Education Commissioner Smt Shivangi Swarnkar, SMS Medical College Principal Dr. Sudhir Bhandari, Gangori Hospital Superintendent Dr Rambabu Sharma, public representatives and medical personnel were present on this occasion.——-
