Health Minister dedicates Integrated AYUSH Hospital to the peopleOutdoor, Indoor, Diagnosis and Surgery under one roof, treatment through panchakarma and ksharsutra in Ayurveda and with Unani therapyJaipur, November 2.Ayurveda Minister Dr Raghu Sharma said that the State Government is determined to provide better medical facilities to the general public. He dedicated Integrated AYUSH Hospital to the general public situated at Pratap Nagar in Jaipur.The Ayurveda Minister said that the general public will get Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Unani medical facilities in the same premises of Integrated AYUSH Hospital. He said the specialist treatment of these medical systems such as panchakarma for complicated and chronic diseases, ksharsutra-surgery for piles and fistula, cupping therapy for backache etc will be available. He said this building was ready within 21 months.The Ayurveda Minister said that besides outdoor and indoor facilities, free medicines will be available in this hospital. Anchal Maternity Centre for pregnant women and lactating mothers will be functional along with the geriatric centre for treating old age related diseases. Apart from this, Yoga facility will also be available here. In this way, a complete Ayush medical facility will be available to the general public at the same premises.Dr Sharma said that Rs 4.36 crore has been spent on the construction of the building in the first phase and Rs 3.39 crore will be spent on the remaining construction works, equipment and furniture in the second phase. A total of Rs 7.75 crore will be spent on the construction of this hospital. The Ayurveda Minister said that 6 government Integrated Ayush hospitals are being constructed by the State Government of which construction work is completed in Ajmer, Bhilwara, Bikaner and Churu. Completing the construction in Jaipur, the hospital has been dedicated to people. The construction of Sikar Hospital is going to start soon.Minister of State for Health Dr Subhash Garg said that people from  South India residing in Jaipur through this hospital will get the benefit of the quality medical facility by the expert doctors of Ayush systems of medicine at one place. He said that the objective of the Government is to strengthen the Ayush systems of medicine and to carry the entire benefits of these systems to the general public.Public representative Shri Pushpendra Bhardwaj, Shri Rajeev Choudhary, Shri Hemraj Bairwa, Shri Narendra Jain and Ayurveda department secretary Smt Vineeta Shrivastava, Unani, Homeopathy and Ayurveda department Director, Special Officer Dr Manohar Pareek, Shri Ramanand Sharma and other eminent people were present on this occasion.&&&&&
